WHAT: Nine Patch Line Drawings: raw edge applique using simple lines to “draw” an image on a 9-patch block. This technique is inspired by a class Cindy took with Laurie Ceesay who has designed several portrait quilts from line drawings. Cindy has been exploring other types of line drawings that would work for this technique.
