Wednesday, January 28 – ½ day Class (1-4pm) - Threaducation & FMQ
Earn your PhD in threaducation! Sarah will explain the different threads, including weight and ply, spool positioning, needles, and tension.
Kit fees: $40 includes 5 thread spools + 5 machine needles various sizes (payable to Sarah at the class)
Thursday, January 29 - 9am-4pm - Rainbow Quilt Color Method "Kaboom" Quilt
A hands-on workshop that combines traditional piecing and foundation paper piecing. She will teach us a quick and easy method for paper piecing. The book is required.
Kit fees: $30 includes Rainbow Quilt Color Method & 4 pre-printed foundation paper templates for each person (payable to Sarah at the class)

Learn strategies for making quilts you love from the fabric you already have and how to avoid the “jumbled mess” look. Featuring the quilts from her book SCRAP QUILT SECRETS.

A “Hybrid Hexie” Project - how to hand piece using paper pieces, fusible applique options,
as well as demonstrations of hexie binding, machine quilting, and machine piecing hexies
for backgrounds. **No machine needed**
Thursday, March 26 - 9am-4pm - “Under The Mistletoe Quilt”
This fun and happy design is perfect for FAT QUARTERS! Learn techniques for paper piecing and sewing curves. Suitable for confident beginners through advanced quilters. Handouts included, pattern purchase required ($12, payable at class).

The Posh Pouch is the cutest little zipper pouch for just about anything you can think of. The Posh Pouch is a fast and fun project that any confident beginner can achieve in this workshop. Sue Michaels, will teach you some bag making tricks and tips to help give your bag a professional finish.

The Newporter Tote is a roomy 14” x 12” x 5” tote with lots of pockets to keep you organized on the go! Whether you’re looking for a practical shopping bag or a fashionable statement piece, The Newporter Tote is a rewarding project that any confident beginner can achieve in this workshop.
